A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Totally opaque inky black dark red core with a deep dark red black hue. On the nose aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice are overlaid by black olive and scorched earth with cigar box and spice following on. Medium bodied the palate is awash with rich blackcurrant fruit that merges into some liquorice, black olive, cigar box and spice. Dryish finish with a sturdy tannin structure. Aftertaste of blackcurrant infused with black olives, cigar box, earth and spice.
