Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe lime and citrus are intermixed with some red apple followed by minerally end notes. Zesty lime and citrus flavours are followed by some red apple with a flinty mineral finish. Good crisp acidity with aftertaste of lime, citrus and flinty mineral.
