2013 Vue on Halcyon Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with a brick red hue. Delicate red to sour cherry, herbaceous stalk, green bean, light earth and spice notes emerge on the nose. Very elegant and light, the palate shows little improvement on the nose, flavours of cherry, light stalky green bean characters, subtle earth and spice are apparent. Dryish finish with fresh acidity, fine grained tannins and a modest aftertaste of lingering green bean characters. Pass.
