Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe apple and pear are followed by some honeysuckle and spice. The palate has flavours of baked apples and pears followed by some light honeyed quince like characters finishing spicy and dry. Well balanced acidity with an aftertaste of spicy baked apple, pear and subtle honeysuckle.
