Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays fresh pear and apple flavours followed by some citrus and very light spice. The palate possesses fresh fruit flavours of pear and apple showing vibrant acidity with some citrus and light spicy dried nut characters on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, apple and very subtle spicy nut.
