Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose opens with passionfruit and gooseberry overlaid by some herbaceous characters finishing with some citrus end notes. Possessing good mouthfeel and concentration the palate features flavours of herbaceous ripe gooseberry, capsicum and citrus with a light pencil shaving character on the finish. Clean crisp acidity with long herbaceous ripe gooseberry, capsicum, citrus and light pencil shavings aftertaste.
