Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. Lime and citrus aromas bound out of the glass followed by touches of orange rind and talc. Intense flavours of lime and citrus fill the palate with some underlying green apple, talc and mineral also present. Crisp crunchy acid finish with long lime, citrus and talcy mineral aftertaste.
