2013 Tim Adams Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale apricot tinged colour with watery hue. The nose shows excellent intensity with ripe pear top notes dominate over ripe apple, a hint of musk and confectionary. Generously textured and weighted the palate possesses mouthfilling flavours of ripe pears and apples followed by some tropical fruits and spice. Clean dry finish with long ripe pear, apple, subtle musk and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
