A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe blackcurrants and dark cherries are followed by a hint of liquorice, spicy cedar and faint bay leaf. Rich and ripe with an underlying firmness the palate features generous flavours of ripe blackcurrants, black cherries and liquorice over some minty cedar and spicy earth. Dry finish with a chewy mouthfeel and firm chalky tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spearmint, earthy cedar and spice.
