Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays fresh lime and green apple top notes followed by some citrus and light flinty mineral. The palate has excellent intensity featuring mouth watering flavours of ripe lime and citrus over some crunchy green apple and mineral. Crisp dry finish with a long lime, citrus, green apple and mineral aftertaste.
