2013 Terre a Terre Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and plum are followed by cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium bodied and possessing elegant textural qualities the palate is filled with rich blackcurrant and ripe dark cherry flavours over a background of earth, cedary tobacco and spicy dried herbs. Dryish finish with solid but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherries, earthy cedar and spicy dried herbs.
Cellar 5-6 years.
