Brilliant pale straw colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of peach are intermeshed with cashew, biscuity nougat and spice. Medium bodied and possessing a relatively creamy mouthfeel the palate dishes out flavours of delicate white peach, cashew and subtle nectarine followed by nutty biscuit like characters, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity. Long aftertaste of cashew, white peach, biscuity nougat and spice.
