2013 Tar & Roses Lewis Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a watery hue. Distinctive lime and lemon top notes are followed by some orange rind, talc and mineral. The palate features intense lime and lemon flavours followed by some orange rind and mineral. Good steely structure with a crunchy acid finish. Long aftertaste of lime, lemon, orange rind and steely mineral.
Cellar 6-8 years.

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays top notes of lime and citrus followed by some orange rind, talc and subtle minerality. Possessing good concentration and mouthfeel the palate has flavours of lime and citrus over some orange rind and talc. Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of lime, citrus, orange rind and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2013-2018).
