2013 Summerfield Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense inky black dark red colour showing outstanding depth with a deep dark red black hue. Heady aromas of liquorice, cassis and dark chocolate are overlaid by traces of spearmint with spicy vanillin cedar following on. Medium to full bodied flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate and liquorice infused with spearmint overlay vanillin cedar with traces of spice on the finish. Supple round textural feel with velvety tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant infused with choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
