2013 St Huberts Pinot Noir

Semi-translucent dark red colour with a dark crimson hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries and subtle anise notes laced with earth over some meatiness and spicy toasted cedar. Medium weighted the palate has flavours of dark cherries, plums, anise infusions, meaty earth like characters and spicy cedar. Dryish finish with sturdy but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, meaty earth characters and toasty cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
