Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and herbaceous grassy characters are intermixed with some asparagus and light pencil shavings. The palate has good weight, concentration and a full textural feel with flavours of citrus, pears and gooseberries over some light asparagus and herbaceous cedary characters. Dry, fresh finish with an aftertaste of citrus, pear, light asparagus and herbaceous cedary characters.
