Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose provides a pronounced passionfruit top note followed by some ripe gooseberry, herbaceous grassy characters and citrus. The palate has good concentration with mouthfilling flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry followed by some citrus. Clean crisp acidity with medium to long aftertaste of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus.
