Totally opaque black purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Lifted aromas of liquorice, black cherries and dark chocolate are followed by some vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate has a soft elegant mouthfeel featuring flavours of liquorice and black cherries over some vanillin cedar and spice. Slightly dryish finish with very fine grained beautifully integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, black cherries and spicy vanillin cedar.
