Magnificent saturated inky black colour with a very deep dark purple black hue. Lifted aromas of liquorice, black cherries and dark plums overlay vanillin cedar and spice. Full bodied with a ripe voluptuous mouthfeel the palate boasts a very rich flavour profile of liquorice, dark plums and ripe black cherries with underlying nuances of vanillin cedar, confectionary and pepper. Velvet smooth tannins with a solidly built, rigid undercarriage providing the structural framework. Long aftertaste of liquorice, black cherries, dark plum, vanilln cedar and spicy pepper.
