2013 Shinas Estate The Guilty Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of aniseed intermixed with ripe dark plum and blackberry over some spicy vanillin oak. Ripe and luscious the palate features soft supplely textured flavours of liquorice, ripe blackberries and dark plum followed by some vanillin oak characters. Velvet smooth tannins and low acidity. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, dark plum and vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
