Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and citrus are followed by some light orange and flinty mineral end notes. Light and refreshing the palate has flavours of pear and citrus alongside some ripe lime finishing flinty and crisp with mineral infusions. Aftertaste of pear, lime and flinty mineral.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Light and floral the nose displays delicate scents of pear, citrus, a hint of orange blossom and light mineral. Light and crisp, flavours of pear, citrus, light honeysuckle and subtle minerality move delicately across the palate. Lively acidity with an aftertaste of pear, citrus, light honeysuckle and mineral.
