2013 Rymill The Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with a dark crimson red black tinged hue. The nose is a little mute with aromas of subtle blackcurrant, mulberry, toasty cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate has rich blackcurrant flavours intermixed with a touch of black olive followed by some cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Dry finish with solid, slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedary tobacco and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
