2013 Ross Hill Maya & Max Chardonnay

A lighter, yet finely textured Chardonnay that offers excellent value

Brilliant pale straw colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals subtle white peach and pear aromas intermixed with some cashew, dried honey and spice. Light to medium weight and elegant with a finely textured yet slightly creamy mouthfeel the palate has flavours of white peaches, cashew and pears prevalent over a dried honey and spice background. Clean dry finish. Quite elegant with a medium to long aftertaste of ripe white peaches, cashew, dried honey and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
