2013 Rocche Costamagna Roccardo Nebbiolo

Translucent dark red colour with a light brick red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries are followed by some cedary new leather, earth and spice. Light to medium weight the palate is fresh and fruity with a supple textural feel and bright finish. Flavours of ripe red cherries and strawberries over some earthy cedar, subtle new leather and spice. Fine grained, slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of red cherries, spicy earth, cedar and subtle new leather.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
