2013 Quarisa Treasures Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent depth of colour displaying a totally opaque black as night core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant aromas are laced with hints of choc mint which sit over vanillin cedar and spice. The palate possesses excellent richness within its medium to full bodied frame, ripe blackcurrant, subtle liquorice and dark chocolate flavours are to the fore underpinned by vanillin cedar, light tobacco and spice. Finely grained tannins show beautiful integration with the fruit. Good depth with a medium to long ripe blackcurrant, subtle dark chocolate, vanillin cedar and spice aftertaste. Great value for Coonawarrra Cabernet.
