Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of choc mint and ripe blackcurrant sit atop toasty vanillin oak, earth and spice. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of rich blackcurrants laced with dark chocolate and a touch of mint over spicy toasted vanillin oak. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant infused with choc mint, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
