2013 Pindarie Schoff's Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding colour displaying a saturated inky black core with a deep dark purple red black tinged hue. The nose reveals scents of ripe blackcurrants intermixed with hints of liquorice and black olives followed by cedar and very subtle bay leaf like notes. Full bodied with a solid masculine structure the palate delivers rich blackcurrant and black cherry flavours over some subtle bay leaf, cedar and spice. Firm but fine grained tannins with a medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, subtle bay leaf, cedar and spice.
Cellar 6-8 years.
