Bright straw colour with a faint apricot tinge and watery hue. Aromas of pear, ripe apple and quince with light spicy honeysuckle end notes. Medium weight the palate has flavours of pear and Jonathan apple over some quince and spice. Finishes fresh and dry with an aftertaste of spicy dried pear, Jonathan apple and quince.
