Brilliant straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and nectarine lead the way followed by some dried honey, cashew and spice. Light to medium weight with a fresh mouthfeel the palate has flavours of delicate white peaches melded into dried honey and cashew over a background of subtle minerality. Bright lively finish with an aftertaste of delicate white peach, citrusy honeyed characters, spicy cashew and subtle minerality.
