Partially fermented and aged in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. White peach and grapefruit top notes meld their way into some dried honey and flinty struck matchstick scents with citrusy nougat end notes. Medium weight with good freshness the palate has flavours of white peach, nectarine and tangy citrus over some light honeyed nougat and flintiness. Nicely textured with a fresh vibrant acid finish. Aftertaste of white peaches, nectarines and flinty citrusy nougat.
