2013 Pask Gimblett Road Syrah

Deep dark red black colour with a bright dark crimson red hue. The nose is a touch subdued with dark cherry and plum aromas emerging over shades of liquorice, smoky oak and spice. Light to medium weight and very elegant the palate has flavours of spicy red cherries and plums over some earthy cedar and subtle dried meats. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, dried meats and earthy cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years.
