This is the first release from a new project involving Yalumba’s Robert Hill Smith and Louisa Rose of Pewsey Vale & Heggies fame. It makes for an outstanding debut. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose exhibits zesty lemon and lime top notes showing good intensity followed by some talc and steely mineral. On the palate concentrated flavours of lemon and lime combine with a steely palate structure with a backdrop of crunchy green apple, talc and mineral infusions. Crisp crunchy acidity with long aftertaste of lemon, lime, talc and steely mineral.
