Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays intense lemon and lime aromas as top notes followed by some orange rind, talc and mineral. Flavours of lemon and lime dominate the palate and are well supported by a steely mineral infused spine. Clean crisp finish showing excellent acid structure. Long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
