A youngish Bunnah': there are quite a few arriving by way of indies, and that’s a good thing as this distillate is usually pretty solid when young. Drawn from a single Oloroso sherry hogshead yielding 258 bottles. As with most of new North Star consignment, we've only got a few of these, so if you like the distillery style, be quick! 58.4% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Black Forest gateau, extra maraschino cherries and dark chocolate shavings. Palate: Hazelnut meringue, cocoa powder and cloves. Finish: Meggyleves and cinnamon butter.
