Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Lifted ripe red cherry and plum jam scents emanate from the glass followed by some cedar and spice. Light to medium weight the palate has flavours of ripe red cherries and plum over some sappy cedar, subtle earth and spice. Dry finish with fresh acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of red cherries, sappy cedar, earth and spice.
