Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of white peach and nectarine are interlaced with some flinty struck match characters followed by a hint of cashew and spice. Medium bodied possessing both richness and freshness the palate has a moderate sense of creaminess more so towards the finish. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe white peaches, subtle nectarines and flinty match stick characters overlay a background of cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with a long aftertaste of delicate white peach, flinty match stick characters, cashew and spice.
