Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a deep very dark purple hue. A lifted bouquet of liquorice and blackberries is followed by some black cherries, vanillin cedar and subtle spicy pepper end notes. Medium bodied with an elegant yet rich mouthfeel the palate is generously flavoured with fleshy textured blackberries, liquorice, dark plums, vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, vanillin cedar and spice. A spicy elegant Adelaide Hills Syrah.
