2013 Mount Fishtail Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Top notes of passionfruit are followed by some gooseberry and green apple with a light herbaceous grassy overlay. The palate is also dominated by vibrant passionfruit flavours showing very good intensity with green apple, some herbaceous gooseberry and citrus following. Fresh crunchy acidity with a long passionfruit, gooseberry, green apple and citrus aftertaste.
