2013 Moss Wood Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. The nose opens with intense waxy dried honey scents merging with some ripe apricot and cashew followed by some nougat, almond and spicy oak. Rich and full with a broad textural feel counterpointed by some well balanced acidity the palate features mouthfilling flavours of apricot, dried honey and bees wax followed by a touch of nougat and spicy cashew on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Excellent depth with a long conclusion of dried honey, apricot, bees wax and spicy cashew.
Cellar 4-5 years.
