2013 Morgan Vineyards Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with the faintest tinge of green on the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and biscuit are followed by some lightly toasted oak, citrus and spice. Light in weight and quite Chablis like, the palate has an elegant moderately creamy textural feel with flavours of delicate white peach, biscuit and cashew followed by some very light nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with very good acid balance and depth. Long elegant aftertaste of delicate white peach, cashew, biscuit and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
