2013 Mollydooker Enchanted Path Shiraz Cabernet

A blend of 69% Shiraz and 31% Cabernet Sauvignon the wine pours a glass staining totally opaque inky black purple colour with a very deep dark purple black hue. Heady aromas of liquorice, blackberry, dark plum and cassis engulf the nostrils with a background of toasty vanillin oak and spice. Huge palate weight combines with Mollydookers trademark decadence and voluptuous mouthfeel. Richly textured flavours of liquorice, ripe blackberries, dark blackcurrant, liquorice and dark plums flood the palate with spicy toasted vanillin oak following. Velvet smooth tannins. Enormous power with an exceptionally long aftertaste of luscious blackberries, liquorice, cassis and spicy toasted vanillin oak.
