Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lemon and lime zest top notes are followed by traces of orange rind with flinty mineral end notes. Light across the palate with vibrant flavours of lemon and lime over some orange rind with a steely mineral background finishing dry with crisp crunchy acidity. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
