2013 McWilliams Canberra Syrah

Deep bright crimson purple colour with crimson purple hue. On the nose aromas of dark cherries intermingle with some clove, dried meat characters and spice. Light to medium weight with an elegant mouthfeel the palate possesses a savoury profile of dark cherries, dried meats, light clove and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, dried meats, spicy clove and light pepper.
Cellar 4-5 years.
