Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays herbaceous grassy top notes alongside some asparagus with hints of capsicum and citrus following. The palate features a similar profile to the nose with grassy herbaceous characters intermixed with unripe gooseberries, asparagus and capsicum. Dry finish with good crisp acidity. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and light capsicum.
