Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is filled with aromas of ripe pear and apple followed by some citrus and light spice. Ripe pear flavours dominate the palate followed by some Jonathan apple and citrus. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of pear, apple and light spice.
