2013 Mandala Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black hue. Aromas of blackcurrant are married to hints of green olive and cigar box followed by fresh tobacco and spice. Elegant to the point of being thin and quite restrained the light to medium bodied palate has flavours of blackcurrant and traces greenness over cedary tobacco characters, green olives and spicy dried herbs. The acidity is still quite bright and the fine grained tannins are on the dry side. Moderate aftertaste of blackcurrant, green olives, cedary tobacco characters and dried herbs.
Cellar 5-6 years.
