Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Aromas of ripe dark plum and liquorice allsorts are followed by some vanillin confectionary and spice. Rich luscious palate flavours of ripe dark plum, blackberry and liquorice allsorts overlay a spicy vanillin oak background. Soft round mouthfeel with velvety tannins and low acidity. Aftertaste of liquorice allsorts, dark plum and spicy vanillin oak. There’s a little too much vanillin oak.
