Bright straw colour with watery hue. Exotic and intense the nose presents an aromatic profile of ripe pear intermixed with musk and ripe tropical fruits followed by a hint of honeycomb and some confectionary. Rich with a luscious broad mouthfeel, very much in the classic Alsace mould, the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of ripe pear, musk, honeycomb and spice. There’s some residual sugar present but the finish is relatively dry. Long luscious aftertaste of ripe pear, musk and spicy honeycomb.
