Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lime and citrus top notes are followed by some emerging toastiness and light spice. Racy lemon and lime flavours are to the fore on the palate followed by some crunchy green apple and light toast. Zesty mineral infused acidity with an aftertaste of lemon, lime, light toast and mineral.
