Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Showing good intensity with freshly squeezed lemon and lime notes to the fore, aromas of orange rind and steely mineral are also apparent. Zesty palate flavours of fresh lime and lemon zest dominate followed by orange rind and steely mineral finishing dry with racy acidity. Long lemon, lime, orange rind and steely mineral aftertaste.
